Coatí beach house It’s decorated with local art craft. Close to nature so you can relax and enjoy, private beach access is within 3 minutes walking distance. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden or on a hammock. You can watch endemic species inside the area, enjoy stars at night and long walks on the beach. It’s a perfect get away from the city. The house has AC in all our rooms, Wifi, hot water and 2 smart TVs. The small neighborhood is close to downtown without the noise from the city.

Las Uvas II 1 bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests and is a brand new and beautifully appointed One bedroom unit *NOTE: From February 21, 2025-December, 31, 2025 we are working on an expansion project on the far back corner of the lot. The workers will be entering and exiting the property through the driveway, but no work will be getting done inside of the structure or on the pool deck.*
