Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
