Located in a quiet village, four miles from the historic market town of Louth and 10 miles from the nearest beach. It has its own entrance and a secret courtyard garden; a well-equipped kitchen, with a full range of appliances; a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower; a cosy living room with a woodburning stove and space for dining. A king- and a twin-bedroom are upstairs.

Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Park House Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catered holiday cottage. It sits on the Motley's farm land in the Lincolnshire countryside near to the Lincolnshire Wolds - an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house offers you and your pets a private retreat. There is so much to do locally in the countryside and the local beaches. Cows are grazing in the neighbouring field. If you so wish Marcus may call by with the Tractor and give you a insight into farming life.

Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking.
