It sits on the Motley's farm land in the Lincolnshire countryside near to the Lincolnshire Wolds - an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house offers you and your pets a private retreat. There is so much to do locally in the countryside and the local beaches. Cows are grazing in the neighbouring field. If you so wish Marcus may call by with the Tractor and give you a insight into farming life.
