Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Wake up above the Willamette Valley, surrounded by Oregon’s most celebrated wineries. Located at the highest point in Dundee, this serene retreat offers exquisite views. Sip your morning coffee on the terrace, enjoying the fresh country air and feeling as though you’re floating above the hills. With more than 10 wineries within two miles, it’s an ideal base for exploring wine country. After a day out, return home to unwind with evening stargazing in the courtyard or on the terrace.

Nestled in the Willamette Valley where rain can mean any season is upon us and wine is what brings people together! Whether you’re traveling solo or with your special person, make this house a home.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

The house sits on 4 acres in the picturesque Oregon wine country. The back deck looks out over a lush back yard that cascades down to a lazy creek. Gaze out the large kitchen window to the paver patio, vibrant lawn and rimmed with beautiful mature landscaping, koi pond and fountain.

It's on a quiet dirt road with dozens of great wineries within a few minutes' drive, plus a few wineries and a distillery within walking distance. The 4 acre property has plenty of room to roam and relax. The house is well-stocked and furnished.

Relax after a day of wine tasting, horseback riding or any number of activities that country life has to offer. Includes the whole bottom half of this home with it's own private entrance, indoor heated pool, home theatre, full bathroom plus half bathroom, laundry room, master bedroom with queen bed, and three fold our twin beds. When you will pull up to this property, you will be surrounded by a vineyard and completely immersed with beautiful mature landscaping with thousands of flowers.

Wine country getaway. Gorgeous views and just minutes from wineries. Country feel but close enough to town and industries like intel and Nike. Newly installed starlink internet. Great for remote working. There are several local companies who can pick you up from our location and take you on wine tours, and other local destinations.
