Right on the Carlow/Wicklow border and just over an hour from Dublin with fantastic views of the Wicklow hills. Bright and airy kitchen/living/dining room. Large bedroom with super king size bed and the main bathroom are downstairs. One double bedroom and a twin bedroom and second WC (toilet and sink) upstairs. Our own home is right next door. Full use of large front and back lawn. A mile from Hacketstown which has supermarket, chemist, pubs, a cafe and petrol station. Very family friendly.

We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side. Lovely old farmhouse with wood burning stoves and an aga, perfectly located for touring the south east or heading to the ferry.The main Waterford / Wexford road is just 5 minutes away and the Enniscorthy bypass can be reached in ten minutes. The house is ideally situated for a quick stop heading to or from the ferry in Rosslare, as it is approx 30 minutes away , or stay a bit longer and see all that Wexford has to offer.

Turrock Cottage is situated on the Tinahely to Clonegal leg of the Wicklow Way, with views over Sth Wicklow and Nth Wexford, within a farmyard and close to the house where we live. Perfect for exploring SE Ireland or staying put and admiring the view in the beautiful heart of Co. Wicklow. The views say it all and you will want to return to Turrock Cottage again and again.
