La Villa du Marmot est située sur les premières hauteurs du village de Plancherine à mi-chemin entre le sommet du col de Tamié et la ville d'Albertville (moins de 7 minutes en voiture). At an altitude of 500 meters, protected by a green setting, it benefits from a splendid view of the lake, the mountains and forests as well as a nice swimming pool, with a beach in natural stone slabs, in a flowery park of 2,000m2. Heated swimming pool open from May to Sept., depending on the weather (C° not guaranteed).
