E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from one of many Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location is what makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are minutes drive away from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day ,you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

The Cottage at Belline Villa

We are located in the Suir Valley and the South Leinster Way, nestled in the foothills of Slievenamon and the Comeragh mountains. Set in the heart of Tramore you won’t have to walk far to get a coffee or some fresh artisan bread, with multiple restaurants to try all within a stone’s throw away! After a long walk on the beach you can also relax in the Outdoor Barrel Sauna and jump into the ice bath to cool down.
