Visited David and laureens house for a hen recently. Absolutely amazing weekend. 17 ladies. Huge back room whiwj was amazing from group meals / hen games. Very conformable bedrooms. Would highly recommend. Super location, all within walking distance to all pubs /bars.

If you are a Harry potter fan you will love Conor's house. My 7 year old grandson wanted to sleep in the cupboard under the stairs.( We talked him out of it) There is a lot to discover and the back garden with a tree house is huge. Conor was very friendly and was happy to share local information on Boyle's history and locations. We will return and see what other things that have been added. 🙂

Townhouse Retreat

We were originally in a different accommodation and had to look for an alternative at short notice. Abiah responded very quickly and had the house prepared for the same day. The communication was excellent. The house was very clean, the heating runs quickly and reliably. We had everything we needed. At first glance, the house is a little further away from many places to visit, but we reached everything quite quickly: the National Museum, Downpatrick Head, Sligo and Strandhill. A great little cottage right in the heart of Leitrim village. Parking right outside the door. Wonderful, thoughtful hosts who kindly had the fire on (and left a shed full of firewood and turf for me to top it up with) when I arrived very very late and even waited up to greet me! Great little cottage and excellent value for money!

Fiona and Philip were very friendly and helpful. Communication was great, they respond immediately and always try to make you feel at home. The house is big, in a quiet place. Easy parking at the door. One of the bedrooms has a proper “office” table and chair, it was great for me when I needed to to work at home. The area around does not have many restaurants, you would need to go downtown. There’s a bus stop few meters from the house . There is also a supermarket close by.

El alojamiento era justo lo que esperábamos, una casa cómoda y bien ubicada. Supermercado cercano, varios restaurantes, zona de paseo, cerca de autopistas. Cada día fuimos a sitios distintos y nos ha permitido conocer buena parte de Irlanda. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, descansando, cocinando, tiene todas las comodidades. 100% recomendable!

Highly recommended, we had a large group and everyone was impressed, has everything you need, the pub is brilliant fully equipped, has jute box for music and a set up for karaoke. Location is great in the middle of the village, selection of takeaways in walking distance and the shop across the road it brilliant for all your basic needs. Drumshanbo distillery is also in walking distance and is worth a vist.

We loved our stay at Lou’s place! She was an excellent host. Met us on arrival, gave me a lovely house tour and she gave us reccomendations for everything that was going on in the town. She checked in with us while we were there and was super responsive. The house itself is so central to everything and it’s so homely! We absolutely loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Since in the town, I expected to pay more but this place has a reasonable price and everything is in walking distance from the Bnb. The rooms are lovely and clean, same as the kitchen area. I would definitely come again

We had our first night's stay in Ireland here at Athlone after arriving into Dublin from Australia. After parking nearby out the front, it was an easy check-in, we were greeted by a friendly host, and we found traditional bars & pubs nearby. Our room was comfortable & cosy, the shared lounge & kitchen area was full of unique books, collectables & items of interest. Amazing & quirky place to stay.

Long Loft Room at The Bastion

We had a lovely time at " Bastion B&B". Very atmospheric and cozy place in the centre, close to good restaurants and pubs. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed the lounge area where you can prepare your own breakfast and relax reading a book. We felt like at home. Friendly and attentive hosts.

This was a great phase for our few day trip in Athlone! We were warmly welcomed and the recommendation of heading to Clonmacnoise was appreciated so we didn't miss out while we were in the area. The lounge was a nice area to eat and relax. I might have missed it in the listing but the kitchen only has a microwave and toaster, no hotplate so we weren't able to cook. This wasn't a big deal as there are plenty of good food places close to us! The room was perfect for what we needed and had heaters as it was a bit chilly out. I would recommend!

The Studio at The Bastion

I had an excellent 2-week stay at the studio, thanks to Anthony & Vinny. The location is marvelous. Plenty of great pubs & restaurants within a few blocks. It's a 15-minute walk across the river to the train station or to the supermarket. It's a bustling neighborhood loaded with charm. There are also a number of nice little nearby walking paths along the river, so it's easy to get your steps in and away from in-town traffic. It's a lovely town, too, in general. The studio had exactly enough to meet my needs... a perfect fit. It was airy and easy to keep tidy: a very comfortable place to spend time in. I'm a writer and investor, so I depend on WiFi pretty heavily - and it was always easy to connect and stay connected. Anthony and Vinny are attentive and helpful hosts: checking periodically to ensure my stay was comfortable and being available for questions or neighborhood advice as needed. If or when I opt to return, I'll want to stay at the studio again, for sure. Thanks A & V!

We were in the area to attend a wedding, staying with Sandra for one night. Sandra’s attention to detail was excellent and arranged for us to be collected after the wedding. We had a very comfortable stay and felt very much at home. We would highly recommend Sandra and would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful house in the village close to all amenities. The host was very welcoming and checking in was easy. Would highly recommend the property and host for anyone staying in the north west.

Modern Townhouse Apartment with Ample Free Parking

Great location in the centre of town. Some lovely puns, the outdoor swimming pool is great craic. Nice river walk and park. Really handy with the train too. The apartment was spotless and in perfect condition.
