Pet friendly.Set in an acre of land. 2km from Keadue village, 7km from Kilronan Castle, 7km from Drumshanbo town in lovely Leitrim and close to the beautiful town of Carrick on Shannon. 2 hours from Dublin 1 hour from Knock Airport and easy access to Galway, Connemara, Sligo (Yeats country) and The Wild Atlantic Way

Explore local attractions; Aqua Sana spa 30km away, walks, and enjoy great food at two fantastic restaurants, and even a pub a 3-minute stroll along the picturesque river. After your adventures, snuggle by the wood-burning stove and sleep soundly on the luxurious super-king bed. country air, walking, cycling, fishing, and kayaking, and now a new riverside sauna on the pier, we tried it out , a sauna and a swim ..magic!

The apartment is surrounded by water on three sides. It is bright, clean and spacious. Both bedrooms are en suite and the apartment is well equipped. It has beautiful views over the river Shannon and there are nice areas outside to relax by the river. Lanesborough has good restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is 10 minutes from Roscommon town and is close to golf courses and many other amenities. You can hire boats/kayaks and and the apartment has a mooring for a boat.

Bright apartment and sunroom, attached to the main house but with own private entrance and facilities.

Family home in the heart of Roscommon town convenient for all local attractions. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water and Electric Vehicle Charger.
