My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Long side Lough Corrib. .Enjoy private walks through owner’s farm and nice quiet walks to the lake and 15th century castle. Connemara, with its rugged beauty, mountains, rivers, lakes and unspoilt beaches all from the doorstep, as is The Burren. The village of Oughterard, with its pubs, restaurants and shops is easily reached, as is Galway city, 15 miles. NEW NOTE: INTERNET AVAILABLE FROM NOV 1ST 2020.

It is a short drive to the popular village of Oughterard where you have a choice of restaurants and traditional Irish Pubs to cater for all needs.
