Lovely interiors and relaxed home close to all amenities. 20 minutes walk to Dun Laoghaire sea front with popular walking pier, Dart station,supermarket, fast food, restaurants, cinema,The Library , the Pavillon Theatre and People's Park... Supermarket , coffee shop and laundry facility just around the corner. Well connected with city center by bus 46a that stops 3 min walk.

Easy going house close to the city

I bought this house as a do upper, renovated it with love and alot of hard work and made it into what I think is a nice mix of homey and modern. It has a nice atmosphere and feels good! On the way from the airport to the city you are close to both! Back garden for sunny(!!) Irish summer breakfasting or relaxing before you go out.
