Covered 2 slip boat dock w/ new stairs down to the dock. Kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom 3 bath on 7 acres w/ new flooring thru out w/ gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player & dvds. No wifi. Very secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. This stretch of river is world class fishing. Lake Norfork Cabin A

Cozy single room cabin w/shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps five with one queen Sleep Number bed and one double futon with a twin bed on top, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Unit #1 This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White river between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. #1, 2, & 3 have no river view but #4 does. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen.
