The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! The wooden cabin, Haven on the Hill, fully insulated build on an elevated platform with views looking over the Forest of Dean. A private and secluded dwelling situated in our grounds near our home. With good pubs and walks nearby this cabin is perfect for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Full electrics, bathroom with shower, cooking facilities including a wood fired pizza oven. Easy access parking,a donkey & a sheep to keep you company! Pets welcome with plenty of walks.

Cotswold walks & log fires in stylish renovation

A beautiful grade II listed Cotswold house in Tetbury, close to beautiful walks, pubs and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Please note that the property has two narrow and steep staircases and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please feel free to contact us to book dates that appear blocked out.

Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Off-Grid Cosy Shepherds Hut | Fire Pit + Farm Stay

Nestled within a bustling working farm, this shepherd’s hut offers a front-row seat to nature. Watch horses and sheep graze nearby and catch the GWR steam train crossing the viaduct from your bed. Outside, enjoy views of the Stanway fountain while breathing in fresh air. Fantastic walking trails connect to the Cotswold Way. There’s no WiFi here, so you can truly soak up nature. Plus, you can even bring your horse along—just send us an enquiry to check availability.

Haystore, Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
