The Shepherds Hut is situated on a rural Farm with outstanding views of the Chilterns, on the edge of the picturesque village of Warborough with easy strolls to village shop and stunning thatched Pub serving great food overlooking village green. With a full-sized double bed. Microwave, hob, kettle, log burner, lots of outside seating and brazier fire pit (bring your own wood or charcoal if required) Toilet, wash and outside electric shower located 1 minutes walk from hut Plenty of parking.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, our luxury 16 foot Shepherd's Hut was built and professionally fitted in 2021. It has a shower room with WC, a log burner, fitted bed, kitchen unit with mini fridge and inside dining table. Outside there is 16x9' external decking with a gas BBQ, chiminea, seating and far-reaching views. The hut is on our own 3.5 acre smallholding with tranquility and lots of wildlife to enjoy We do not allow dogs inside the hut but we can provide a kennel

Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Water Park. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)
