La Villa è molto confortevole su due piani, il piano di sopra con le stanze da letto tutte dotate di climatizzatore e pompe di calore e il piano di sotto con due soggiorni uno di rappresentanza ed uno più riservato indicato per la lettura. Le stanze sono tutte molto ampie e accoglienti I bagni sono 2 al piano superiore e 2 al piano inferiore La cucina è ampia e spaziosa, dotata di 2 forni e uno forno a microonde. All’esterno in un patio c’è la possilita di un barbecue.

LA CASA NEL BLU overlooks the sea and has a large terrace with a stunning view of Mount Etna. With a shared swimming pool overhanging the sea, recently renovated by a well-known architect of Catania, it has a new tailor-made furniture. The house is located outside the city centers and it is ideal for those who love the sea, relax and quietness. The house can be reached only via stairs and a car is needed to go to shops and supermarkets. Sunsets are unforgettable!

Da una panoramica stradina privata a circa 300 metri si raggiunge a piedi o in auto l' accesso al mare. L'ampio balcone è arredato per potere trascorrere momenti di convivialità e relax con un panorama spettacolare che guarda il mare con l'Etna sullo sfondo, potendo godere albe e tramonti indimenticabili.

Vista panoramica sull'Etna e sul mare, discesa diretta dal giardino al mare (scogli). Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
