Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

We spent two weeks at Lisa’s apartment with our little daughter. Check in was flexible and easy thanks to a video. Lisa also provided a cot and highchair which was great. The garden was perfect for our daughter to play in and we could enjoy the sun almost the whole day. From the apartment it’s just a short walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. We had a rented car and visited lots of different beaches in the area. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Lisa’s place.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Wir hätten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten in Ruhe entspannen. Traumhafte Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super Kommunikation mit dem Host (Raffaella). Als Willkommensgeste gab es frische, leckere Foccacia aus der Region und eine Flasche Wein. Interessante Aufteilung der Zimmer. Diese sind alle getrennt zugänglich in unterschiedlichen Aufteilungen. So ist das Badezimmer bspw. über den äußeren Innenhof/Flur erreichbar, was uns bei dem überwiegend trockenen Wetter nicht störte. Tipp: Google Maps nicht immer vertrauen. Lieber die asphaltierten Hauptstraßen nehmen, als einen der vorgeschlagenen Schotterwege, von Google, die vom Haus z.B. in den Norden führen. Der Mietwagen wird es euch danken. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder besuchen und jedem empfehlen, der einen Ort der Erholung sucht.

Sabrinas Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man befindet sich direkt in der Natur, nebenan ein paar niedliche Esel. Sabrina ist sehr nett und hat uns auch Empfehlungen für die Gegend geschickt. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und auch sonst war alles top. Super ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Bett und eine schöne Terrasse. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung sogar frisches Obst, ein paar Snacks und Getränke.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Fulvio e sua moglie sono stati impeccabili: accoglienti, gentili e super disponibili. Ci hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole oltre ad averci offerto l'alloggio perfetto: l'appartamento è grande e accogliente, arredato con pezzi unici che ti fanno sentire a casa. Ha un balcone e una veranda speciali. È dotata di ogni comfort; ci hanno fatto trovare bagnoschiuma, shampoo, caffè, pasticcini e altro; mettono a disposizione giochi, ombrelloni e teli per la spiaggia, comodità incredibile se si viaggia in aereo. Ogni angolo era pulitissimo, ho visto pochi alloggi così, veramente apprezzato.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die besten Strände in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation über airbnb verlief reibungslos mit super schnellen Rückmeldungen. Besonders schätzten wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder und den Sonnenschirm, die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden – so konnten wir den Strand, der nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt ist, bestens genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der reservierte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war ein Pluspunkt. Zudem wurde uns ein früherer Check-in gratis ermöglicht, was unseren Anreisetag noch entspannter machte. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das recht harte Bett, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Wenn man die Umgebung weiter erkunden möchte, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da zum Beispiel die Busfahrt (Linie PF,PQ) nach Cagliari etwa eine Stunde dauert. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es hatte sogar Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so dass man bei Nacht die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Die Terrasse hatte Morgensonne und wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Die Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum von Villasimius ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Problemen war Allessandro sofort zur Stelle. Wir sind in der Nacht mit dem Auto angekommen und haben mit den Anweisungen die Wohnung sehr leicht gefunden. Es war alles super, Danke Allessandro

Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

Marwan est un super hôte, disponible et très réactif. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et on peut s'y garer facilement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht (einschließlich Öl, Essig, Salz Pfeffer, Lappen, Spülmittel usw.)! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Antonella (la custode) , Marie Line e Patrice (I proprietari) sono persone squisite! Ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio sia nella comunicazione molto amichevole, sia nella conviveza con loro nella casa affianco per qualche giorno, sono stati host discreti e rispettosi dei nostri spazi ma anche piacevoli e gentili anche solo per fare due chiacchiere. lo spazio interno è eccellente! Hanno addobbato la casa e messo a disposizione dei clienti tantissimi oggetti utilissimi (Kit di pronto soccorso, adattori per corrente, tutte le stoviglie immaginabili, teli per la piscina...) e un arredamento curato e pieno di dettagli calorosi che ti faranno sentire a casa. Il letto, spaziale! miglior letto trovato in un airbnb fino d'ora, eccellente! la piscina fantastica è pronta per noi all uso già dagli ultimi giorni di aprile, ci sono un sacco di giochi e attività da fare all interno, e lo spazio esterno è bellissimo per prendere l ultimo solo e l aperitivo. qualità prezzo senza rivali. grazieee ❤️
