Elegant Historical House & Lovely Dehor

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

La nostra casa si trova in un punto panoramico di Costa Paradiso. La vista è strepitosa. Immersi nella natura a 10 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge. La macchina è indispensabile. La casa è circondata da un giardino privato all'ombra ed è recintato. Due camere da letto con uscita privata sulle terrazze e due bagni, parcheggio privato, wifi, climatizzatori , doccia esterna con acqua calda e lavanderia. Un rifugio ideale . Supermercato, ristoranti e negozi a 10 Min. Dottore in loco.

Villa Letizia con giardino e vista mare

La villa gode di una posizione privilegiata con una magnifica vista e a 200 mt. dal mare e vicino a bar, ristoranti e market. Circondata da un giardino di piante mediterranea è attrezzata all’esterno con un patio dotato di barbecue, solarium e terrazza vista mare. Ampio soggiorno molto luminoso una sala da pranzo vista mare con cucina attrezzata. Tre camere matrimoniali di cui due con bagno in camera, ed una con due letti. L’arredo in stile sardo rende gli ambienti molto accoglienti.

Casa Atlante is a restoration project using the typical style of Costa Paradiso village. As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s.
