Charming villa in Jávea

In the midst of green pine trees, sea - blue sky, and breath - taking view on mountains, village and the Mediterranean Sea, you will find villa El Carasol. This detached villa with swimming pool is located on 1.200 m² ground, in the middle of a forested hiking area. From the villa you have a beautiful view on the sea, the port, the mountain Montgó, and the village Jávea. The house is ideal for four people coming to vacation in Spain. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

Relájate con toda la familia en un entorno incomparable como es el parque natural del monte Montgó en Denia, con fantásticas vistas entre el mar y la montaña. La casa es un oasis de paz. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

The large villa (700 m2) stands on mature private grounds (3000 m2) of lawns and established 30ft palms, the gardens are fully enclosed offering considerable privacy. It boasts a larger-than-average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villa's elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
