This adorable yellow cottage in the middle of the country was just what we needed. The place was spotless. Better than expected. Very well thought out. Barbara was very responsive to any of my messages/questions sent. The house sits on a main road, but you can barely hear the trucks going by. Waking up the first morning, I heard the cows mooing from the pasture, the girls (hens) clucking. I sat out on the front porch with my coffee, the outdoor fire pit going (it was 30 degrees!) as I watched the sun rise over the hill. The Amish came trotting by and made my morning. The hot water is plentiful for showers, and she provides EVERYTHING you need for your stay including toothpaste, q-tips and the like. An added bonus, Barbara has Hulu and I got to watch a series that I had wanted to watch, but I dont have a subscription. The bed was so comfortable, we actually took a picture of the mattress so that we can consider it when it's time for a new bed. We loved Nellie's Nest!

What an Awesome Getaway for us! Extremely Clean and Ruth and Marvin are Wonderful Hosts! Seeing the Farm and Flowers come together right in front of our eyes. The Hershberger’s are hard workers and the kindest couple! So glad for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful farm house! Definitely well worth the money and we felt like it was our home for a moment in time! So Blessed! Thanks for helping make a memory of a lifetime! We will be back there soon!!! The Searls’. Lavon's home was spotless, and super cozy! The home sits in a beautiful location and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio every morning! The back yard is very spacious, surrounded by tree's. We particularly loved watching the red birds play and sing ☺️ If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely want to book this home with Lavon again! ☺️

It was a really nice place.

The farmhouse is on a very quiet, peaceful dirt road; during our long weekend we barely saw a handful of cars. This suited us and our two dogs just fine, as we could walk them alongside all the nearby roads without fear—if we could manage the rollercoaster hills! We had mixed weather of rain and warm temperatures, so the large back screened-in porch was perfect for enclosing wet dogs without letting them into the rest of the house, and it was nicely furnished for reading and having meals outside. The bathrooms were generously equipped with towels and accoutrements, and the kitchen had all the cooking essentials. Cozy pillows and throws were everywhere. We really enjoyed our introduction to this area of Ohio, and we hope to return for more explorations.

Having stayed in several Airbnb’s, Mary has one of the best listings. Beautiful, super clean home, great hosts, and super easy to communicate and work with. I would recommend this for anyone!! Great job Mary!!

Such an incredible house in an incredible place. Definitely off the beaten path but so serene and the views are undersold. We loved staying here!

wonderful place to stay while in beautiful Coshocton. It was neat, clean, and quiet. Everything you could need was there, even an airfrier, water, and snacks. Amy had guides and even some coupons in the room which was nice. Amy warned me their was steps, I was not prepared for 20... it was worth it though.

The place is very welcoming and clean. We walked away with a lot of design ideas and they came up with creative decor for such a unique space. The area is within walking distance to one of the best coffee shops I've visited (Indian Beer Cork & Coffee). So many great shops nearby within walking distance. It's also a short drive to the downtown area.

This place was perfect for my daughter and I for a llama show we were attending nearby! would definitely stay again- perfect location and price

Great location. If you’re visiting family or friends in the area it was easy to get from person to person and only about 5 minutes away from a TON of food, grocery, gas, etc. options. Rooster’s over in Heath was great. My service kind of sucked (my phone plan’s fault, not the host) and wifi was kind of tricky in one of the rooms but that was the literal only minor inconvenience I had. My partner had a different service carrier and had no issues whatsoever. Clean, great lighting, very happy with our stay.

These cabins are roomy and comfortable. Obviously we’ll taken care of. Perfect for families. We will be back!!!

We were the first to stay in the updated unit (#22) and were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was! Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked. This Airbnb was also well-stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. We really enjoyed our time there. We were in Ohio for our daughter’s college graduation so we were very busy and didn’t have a lot of “downtime”. It was nice to be able to come back to a quiet condo to recharge and rest. The sunsets over the golf course are spectacular!

Stayed here as a child and Matt had really updated the place. Wood floors. Roku tv. Sliding glass doors. The only thing is the appliances are a bit old so we had to run our clothes through the dryer a couple times and food cooked a bit uneven in the oven. But it was a wonderful experience. Quiet and beautiful. I will be back
