Beautiful 2 Bedroom house in Broughton Astley

A beautiful, spacious, 2 bedroom house with a large front garden and a pretty rear garden with decked area. It is modern, light and airy, and it is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. Free WiFi included. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there is a high chair, travel cot and changing mat to make stays for families with young children that little bit easier. There is a Spar, Gregg’s, Chinese takeaway and dessert parlour a 2 minute walk away, and 3 local pubs all within a 10 minute walk.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities.
