This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Glebe Farm is our family house in which we placed a lot of love and effort to ensure you feel like home away from home. Our 4 bedroom house with a detached 2 bedroom granny annex with an amazing view of the lake and nature will leave you breathless. Open space kitchen with living room overlooking the garden has all the amenities you might need for a short or long term stay. The first floor has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and 2 middle size bedroom perfectly suited for kids.
