Less than a mile from Cole Park on water which has fishing pier & concerts in summer. 1 minute from HEB grocery store, & 1 min in other direction to several amazing local restaurants. 1.7 miles from McGee beach & downtown area! Seaside Villa by Oso Bay, Sanitized Rooms!

This ground level condo is stocked to make your stay enjoyable. The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable. For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest. There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay. $40 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. So much to do and so close to it all, like restaurants, hospitals, the movie theater, parks, Corpus Christi A&M, Golf Course, hiking and bird watching, access to the ocean in 3 different directions.
