Amazing place. So close to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again when we’re back in Laguna.

Third year staying at this spot. We absolutely love everything about it

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

The house was perfect for us as a family with three children (ages 3, 7, and 9). Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area with a grill and more was fantastic. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the heating worked great. The location felt very safe, with a playground within walking distance. In summary: Roger is super friendly and helpful, and the accommodation offers excellent value for money. It couldn’t have been better. We would love to come back!

We’ve stayed in 4 Lake Arrowhead Airbnbs in the last two years and this was our favorite. It was immaculate (cleanliness is something I have very high standards for). It was well decorated and cozy—we particularly loved the comfortable couch and the gas fireplace. The secret kids room was a huge hit with my three-year-old who didn’t unpack a single toy or book we brought with us and it was very convenient that they had a pack and play (and a slumber pod even though we didn’t end up using it—the rooms get pretty dark and my toddler no longer needs it pitch black). The welcome gift with a personalized message, s’mores kit and hot cocoa was a really nice touch. We didn’t need a single thing while we were there so we didn’t touch base with Natalie much but we left our toddler’s pillow behind and even after check out she was very responsive and helpful. Super easy walk to the lake trail and close to the village and brewery. Great enclosed yard for pets. We loved every minute of our stay!

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway!! Snowed the night before our arrival but the home was well equipped to deal with it. Great communication and well stocked basics in the kitchen (oil, spices) which made cooking in a breeze.

Beautiful downstairs unit on the water. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location and incredibly close to the main street. We loved sitting outside and watching the boats and people. We had all types of weather (cloudy and crystal clear) and it was all perfect for different reasons. The kitchen was well stocked. We didnt cook but we baked. I would have loved a kettle but a pan worked just fine. The beds were comfortable and there were enough linens and pillows. Extra too! I appreciated the knit throw blankets as well. I appreciated the washer/dryer and supplies. We washed our towels halfway thru our stay. There were a lot of rules, repeated many times in many different ways, so it made me nervous for the first few days of my stay. I swept and spot clean the floors just to make sure. The unit was a little spendy but it may have been due to the Easter holiday. Communication was good before/during/after our stay. We left something there and they shipped it to us.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s cabin! It was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for the holidays. Matthew was a responsive and attentive host, making the experience even better. We’d definitely recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway.

This is the perfect cabin for a weekend up at Lake Arrowhead. Clean, cozy and comfortable with a grand living room area with high ceilings and tons of seating. a short drive to the town and restaurants. I also appreciated the hosts attention to detail throughout the house to make your stay easy and smooth. Beautiful shampoo and soaps throughout the house, a detailed information binder with recommendations, directions, etc even the light switches were labeled so you knew what you were doing. Highly recommend staying at the Treetop cabin! Thanks for a great stay!
