Our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is the downstairs of our family home located in a quiet, family friendly culdesac, close minutes from downtown, shopping, routes 79, 89 and 96! It is a fully remodeled, spacious, fully furnished apartment, new appliances, with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bedroom and bathroom. With lots of living space, endless amenities, a backyard with a patio, full size grill and a brand new vita spa hot tub to enjoy, we are positive you will be happy with your stay!

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
