Helen’s place was lovely, spacious, was even better in person and had every amenity you could possibly need! Helen provided great instructions, and was super responsive and accommodating when needed as well. Thanks for a great stay Helen we will definitely look to book future stays for travels home :)

The accommodation was great. Every bedroom has its own washroom. The kitchen and the bathrooms are well equipped. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

We stayed here for snowmobiling and Lori was very responsive if we needed anything and very helpful with information we needed, great hosts. Great location for accessing the snowmobile trails. We just loved our stay, would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Our family and dog spent a night while wanting a quick get away to visit Deer Lake. A beautiful home, her decor was like a show home. I absolutely love her style. Very clean, beds were comfortable with quality soft sheets. She allowed us to check in early which was nice as we wanted to spend a couple hours somewhere before it closed at 5. The neighbourhood was very quiet, like a retirement small home/cottage street. Properties were clean and had a sidewalk on the cottage side which we could walk our dog. We would definitely recommend this place and are looking forward to going back again, hopefully! I’d live there if I could, it was beautiful!

Cannot say enough positive things about Catherine and our stay. Very responsive, accommodating and she always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of activities for the kids and very peaceful surroundings. Thanks again Catherine!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was exceptionally clean—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The host was also fantastic with communication—very responsive and quick to reply to any questions I had. It was clear they cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!

Roseann’s property was lovely. There is an amazing little brook that runs behind the units with a walking path, hammock, and a bench to sit. The barbecue area was a great addiction and next time we go we will plan on using that amenity. The unit had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Cormack is not far from the town of Deer Lake if you need to hit up a grocery store. Roseann was very responsive throughout the time leading up to booking and the day we checked in. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The rental was very cozy with all the things you could need for a couple of nights. instructions were very clear. Tina sent very detailed directions on how to get there. We would recommend to friends.

We had a great stay! Curtis’s place is in the best location! Just a walk to the necessities: coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs! We will definitely stay again if in the area :)

I would highly recommend The Hidden Forest Lake House for an extended stay or weekend getaway. The view was incredible, the back deck was inviting and comfortable, and the large windows in the living room helped us enjoy the outdoors both in and outside. The sunsets were amazing and could be viewed from the deck, the living room or the small beach located down the hill. Erica was a great host and responded to any requests we had very quickly, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing cabin with a great view, I highly recommend the Hidden Forest Lake House.

Kelly is a kind and helpful host. I needed somewhere peaceful to stay to finish my college exams, and she offered exactly that. It has very sweet cabin vibes inside with wooden walls and beautiful country finishes. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. I even cooked a turkey dinner there!

this was a great place to stay. only think was it was not toddler friendly, but we found a way around that. also, there was a Keurig and those are horrible, so I bought and donated a drip coffee maker. besides that, everything was wonderful. the beds were so comfy, and the place in its entirety was really cool to stay in.

We had a lovely stay at this home! The house itself is beautifully decorated, with comfy couches perfect for lounging and beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location was convenient, and there was plenty of parking, which was a definite plus. Now, about the heating situation… let’s just say the thermostat had a mind of it's own. No matter what temperature we set, the house was determined to turn keep us very warm. We eventually had to turn everything off and rely on good old-fashioned window ventilation. In terms of cleanliness, while the house was generally tidy, we did notice some stains on the pillowcases in the master bedroom and felt the washroom could have used a bit more attention. Oh, and a fun surprise—someone left their earphones in the dresser. So if you're reading this and wondering where they went… mystery solved! Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and with a little more attention to the details, this place would be perfect. Thanks for hosting us!

I would highly recommend Derrick and Rachel’s Airbnb for anyone visiting the west coast of Newfoundland! This is my second time staying at this place and it is in an amazing location, right next to the golf course and only a short drive to the ski hill. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and even provided complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine!
