I cannot say enough great things about this place! If you're looking for a secluded, peaceful place with a view to die for, look no further. We spent a week in Phoebe's place, and had the best time. She was always very responsive, flexible, friendly, gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The house is some ways up a steep mountain road, so I'd recommend you come by car, walking might be tricky. The view, the sunrise, the silence, the stars at night all make this place extra special. We loved being able to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and knowing that at the end of a full day of sightseeing, we'll have our own little peace-bubble to go to. Beds were comfortable, and the house is extremely well equipped. Don't miss the massage chair at the end of the day, we had a rouster going to make sure everyone gets their turn. :) I hope I get to return someday!

Ο Κωνσταντίνος ήταν άψογος, εξαιρετικά φιλικός και πάντα εκεί όταν χρειάστηκε. Το σπίτι και ο χώρος όπως ακριβώς οι φωτογραφίες. Η πισίνα και ο κήπος ιδανικά για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές και ξεκούραση. Περάσαμε super, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε!!

Μείναμε δυο μέρες στο κατάλυμμα του Βαγγέλη και της Μαρίας.Ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Ονειρικό και ήσυχο μέρος.Μεναμε στο σπιτάκι μπροστα από τη λιμνούλα.Ήταν πανέμορφο.Ήμασταν και τυχερές και παρόλο που η πισίνα ήταν κοινοχρηστη εμείς την απολαύσαμε τις περισσότερες ώρες σαν ιδιωτική. Για τον Βαγγέλη και την Μαρία δεν έχω λόγια για το πόσο καλοί οικοδεσπότες ήταν και για το πως ανταποκρίθηκαν σε οτι κι αν θελαμε!!!

Una estancia de 10! Pantelis es un anfitrión espectacular. La casa maravillosa. La piscina interior increíble. Todas las instrucciones muy detalladas y el atento 24/7 a cualquier cosa necesaria. Fantástica escapada con toda la familia. Repetiríamos sin duda!

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. I had a wonderful time in Kyparissi. Spent one week here in April looking after my grandson. Aggeliki and Nicos were very helpful and caring about our comfort. Rooms are spacious and architecturally beautiful. Garden is georgeus and full of various seating and relaxing possibilities. Hope to be back soon.

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en groupe pour visiter Athènes et le Péloponnèse. Maria est une hôte très agréable et serviable. On recommande !

El lugar Es precioso el alojamiento súper limpio y tiene todas las comodidades como si estuvieras en casa,el desayuno que brinda el anfitrión es delicioso. el y su familia es súper amable y amigable, Gracias por las naranjas están muy deliciosas!!!
