Jolimont Guesthouse

Peaceful boutique getaway on Sherwood Arboretum. This one-bedroom apartment is on the bottom-level of a magnificent old Queenslander, with indoor & outdoor living areas that have been designed to take advantage of the Australian lifestyle. The property has been beautifully furnished and has its own private entry, car parking, front garden and deck. It is located just 12km from the Brisbane CBD, and walking distance to Sherwood railway station, Central shopping mall, and St. Aidans Girls school.

A modern space located 10 minutes walk from Oxley Train Station & the Bus stops right outside the door. A stroll from Oxley's cafes & supermarket precinct. A separate compact Granny Flat with own side gate entrance & dedicated parking spot. All the conveniences you will need for your stay , a small kitchenette with an induction cook top & an Air Fryer is provided for your convenience. (no oven available). If visiting patients at the Canossa Hospital we are directly opposite (1 minute walk)

Modern Eco Tiny House

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Located on a bus route in the foothills of Mt Coo-tha National Park close to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Brookfield Showgrounds & Kenmore Village shops with 3 supermarkets.

Private unit with bedroom (queen size bed), bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette and spacious living room (two double size sofa beds) in Brisbane south side. Plenty of street parking along the park, playground 1 min walk, two train stations 600/ 800 meters walk. CBD 25 min drive. The place is freshly renovated. Please understand the landscaping hasn’t finished & yard is a bit untidy. We live upstairs so can provide anything you might need. We are just a text message away!
