Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in a 2-bedroom house with all the amenities you need. It is also located in a small gated community with a 24/7 security and CCTVs to ensure your safety while having a great time on your stay. A 5-25 mins. drive from/to the airport, groceries, marketplace, shopping malls, parks, restaurants, resorts and tourist spots around Lapu-Lapu City. A 15-20 mins. drive to Cebu City and Mandaue City. Spacious Cozy Home in the city near Malls & Fuente

This relaxing home has a huge floor area 140sqm of comfortable living space for you. Located right at the back of One Pavillion Place which is near Fuente Circle and close to the Cebu Capitol. Easy acccess to food chains and groceries at One Pavillon Mall which is right outside our security guards gate. We are just a short ride away to Ayala Mall, SM City, SM Seaside.
