Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

The Cotton Cottage 3bedroom Family friendly

3 BR family friendly! Located on GA Hwy 125N only 3 miles from I75 & 7 from Hwy 82. Minutes to grocery stores, restaurants & the welcoming town of Tifton. The Cotton Cottage is your warm country escape! This 1200 sq ft with central air/heat spacious children friendly cottage on an acre of land. Comfortable queen bed and pull out sofa offer an ideal arrangement for a family of four. We love pets and welcome your well behaved fur babies to our home. Historic town with bike friendly roads.

Jada’s Place Too

Very clean, dog-friendly and updated 2 bedroom 1 bath with a fenced in backyard and patio. Home is centrally located to everything. Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies and utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot coco is provided as well as filtered water.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
