Cute, Cozy 3BR house with parking

Our 3BR house with garage is just a five-minute drive to downtown, and close to city bus lines. Sleeps up to eight with flexible bedding options. Three bedrooms feature one queen, and 3 full beds, sleeping up to 8. Two may also sleep on the available queen air mattress. Hardwood floors, fenced-in back yard with deck and grill, small full kitchen. Dining table seats 6. Nice SmartTV with Netflix and access to internet apps and Samsung FreeTv. No smoking, please. One bathroom on ground floor.

Adorable Tudor Home on the amazing Summit Street -- just a six-block walk to downtown Iowa City. This downtown location is close to the University, restaurants, shopping, and Kinnick Stadium. It is located in the gorgeous historic Summit/Longfellow neighborhood, near Deluxe Bakery and Longfellow school. This beautifully updated home was built in the 1930s with archway doors, beautiful hardwood floors, and a recently remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen. Discounts for long-term stays are available.

Fully renovated, modern lower level in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to parks, U of I Hospitals & Clinics, Kinnick and Carver. Guests have their own private lower level with private entrance and check in. 1100 square feet of space. The bedroom features a king size bed with all new linens. Two living areas include: queen bed, large flatscreen tv and fireplace. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, washer/dryer, coffee bar and sink. EV charging.

Cozy, spacious cottage with character!

Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!
