Located only a few minute walk away from the Paphos harbor where you can find restaurants, entertainment and beautiful views. If you wish to explore Paphos you are only less than a 10 minute walk from the taxi services and bus station, the 612 bus from the airport also drops you off right outside the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible🏝️☀️

Welcome to our second home in the middle of Paphos, Cyprus! This apartment has been in our family for two generations, and we are now excited to let others enjoy it and hopefully fall in love with the area just as we have. The apartment is a part of a beautiful complex called Limnaria Gardens, with a large and wonderful pool area. It is a peaceful and calm area, perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for an amazing holiday and the beach is just a short stroll away.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the city - just a short walk from bar street, restaurants, beaches and Paphos attractions. The ground floor features an open-plan living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a large glass table that seats six people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, washer-dryer etc. One bedroom is downstairs, with en-suite shower bathroom. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

Kato Paphos, 2 bedroom apartment

The 2 bedroom apartment was renovated in February 2022. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment. 3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle.

This cool air conditioned & wifi enabled apartment is perfect for soaking up the sun on the large veranda or by the pool or nearby beach during the day. In the evenings, there are many lively restaurants and bars close-by. Our swimming pools are open and life-guarded in high season (April to October). In booking our apartment you agree that pools must not be used when no lifeguard is present.
