There are many beaches and walks all within 15 minutes from the property. Please note - Whilst there is a lift in the complex, this property is not suited for wheelchairs. If you require wheelchair access, we suggest you select a property that does not require lift access.

KeyPoint canal front apartment Mooloolaba

Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

There are a multitude of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of your doorstep. The Unit is on the 3rd Floor with beautiful views. Relax by the pool, soak in the Spa or sit on the Verandah looking out to the Ocean. Nothing beats it..!

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.
