Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Beautiful 1 bedroom treehouse with hot tub/ views

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

New! Hilltop Hideway w/arcade and hot tub!

Kick back and relax in this stylish space with city views and a backyard country feel. This new construction has lots of little extras like the towel warmer and soaking tub in the Master bath. The amazing retro arcade area is so much fun! 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a kitchen/living room that's spacious and open. Soak in the hot tub off the back porch or have a fire in the pit. Legacy Acres wedding venue is 4 miles away, popular restaurants, and all 3 colleges are so close.

Welcome to The Respite. This lovely remodeled home is the relaxation destination here in Conway. This three bedroom, two bath room is close to everything in town, but so relaxing you'll feel like your on a spa vacation. With beautiful claw foot tub, comfy beds and The Napping Porch you'll never want to leave. If you want to relax while watching your favorite shows then hook up to the free wi-fi. Welcome to the Conway White House! 5 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 18. It has 2 living spaces, a game room with a ping pong table, and an in-ground pool! This home sits on 5 acres smack dab in the middle of Conway. It also includes parking for semi-trucks, if needed, and an RV electrical hookup. This is the perfect spot for ball teams, construction crews, and large families coming to the area for weddings, reunions, etc. Pool open mid-April through mid-October.

Southern Comfort. 3bd/2ba house in downtown Conway

House in downtown Conway. Spacious three bedroom two bathroom home. Close to all three colleges in town and any downtown activities. Our home is stocked with many amenities including a stocked kitchen, coffee bar, grill, smart tv's, fast wifi, dedicated work space, and 4 beds to sleep up to 10 people. Pack & Play and High chair also provided. No smoking.
