Masseria con trulli

Typical construction of rural region of the Apulian hills, this tiny farm is surrounded by a fourishing nature with its typical age-old olive and fruit trees. The agricultural tool's depot and animal shelter is now a spacious and comfortable living room with a double bed sofa and a big fireplace. Two trulli have now become cosy bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathroom with shower. One is located in the house, the other is beside equipped with a washing machine. Behind this bathroom there is a external shower under a big olive tree, very loved to our guests.

La Casa di Silvestro è un elegante dimora in pietra, ideale per immergersi nella quietcation della Valle d'Itria. Due camere matrimoniali luminose e confortevoli, una grande cucina e due atrii privati offrono un'oasi di pace assoluta. Disponibile su richiesta divano letto da un posto. L'host arricchisce il soggiorno con degustazioni di prodotti tipici, piatti della tradizione, olio extravergine prodotto dagli ulivi di proprietà e vino locale, per una autentica esperienza gastronomica pugliese.

Un'esperienza unica, ideale per staccare la spina. Casa antica ristrutturata su 3 livelli da un'artista locale, dettagli particolari e attenzioni sofisticate lasciano un ricordo indelebile. Pavimento antico riportato in vita, terrazza mozzafiato, un bagno per piano e aria condizionata, una stanza matrimoniale con letto indonesiano e una stanza molto piccola ma ideale per una 2a coppia ed eventuale figlia/o (letto a castello). A ridosso di Red Bull Diving. Colazione unlimited 15e, parking 25e.

La Casetta del Pescatore

Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e piccoli amici pelosi (animali domestici). CIS: BA07202891000037090

Very old typical fisherman house ! Recently renovated it is just few steps from the sea and lively city centre! In DIMORA DOROTHY, "La Marina" is on the ground floor. This studio apartment reflects the typical fishermen's houses of the past! Furnished in traditional style, it offers a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, a sofa bed (only available by extra for 3 guests), a TV, Wi-Fi, and AC! The bathroom is in a stone alcove! Beach towels and small beach chairs will be provided.

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
