Kick back on a papasan swing in the outdoor lounge area at this two-story artist's space in the Westmoreland Historic District. Abundant house plants, chic wall art, and pink Eames dining chairs make for an eclectic retreat. Close to Midtown and Downtown too! Lovely outdoor lounge areas, chair swings, relaxing hammocks. Additional amenities include a stocked kitchen, Roku, snacks, bath robes, games, books, laundry soap, PureSteam clothing steamer and good vibes♥️ Please enjoy the many outdoor areas I have. You may also try your hand at adding to a mural on my art wall I live in the main house on the property. I am happy to answer questions or give suggestions. I’m available if you need me! This neighborhood frequently hosts walking tours to share the history of Houston’s first downtown adjacent suburb. It's very walkable area with many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries just a 5-minute walk in any direction. Rail access a few blocks away, rent a b-cycle (Houston city bikes) bust stop one block away, hop in an Uber... Two-story house

Welcome to Under the Oak Montrose! This property is my home and I’d love to share my guest house and gorgeous backyard santuary with you. Ya'll! The Michelin Guide for Texas just came out. Located within 1 mile radius of 3 Hou restaurants with a Michelin Star, and near so many others recommended. As if you needed another reason to book... Feb 22- There is construction next door but theyare wrapping up the exterior. My last few guests have heard some noise but said it didn't impact their stay

Apartment located at the first floor of a traditional first half 20th century building. The whole building has been renovated in 2018, the kitchen is fully equipped for long stay, Bedrooms featuring King and Queen size beds. The area is very quiet and in proximity to restaurants, museums (Asia Society museum located 6 blocks away), the Hermann Park and Texas Medical Center. Parking off street for 1 car (if concerned, contact the host) and breakfast on the run (no perishable food) is provided.

This lovely garage apartment with private entry is attached to a StudioMet Home (built in 2019) in a premier Houston neighborhood (Rice Village/Texas Medical Center). There is ample parking and you can walk to the light-rail, which will take you to the Museum District, Zoo, Parks, Downtown, Reliant Center (Rodeo!), and more. There are dozens of excellent restaurants nearby and premier shopping in the Rice Village (walking distance) and Galleria. Texas Medical Center is located <1 mile away.

Right outside of the Downtown Houston area, minutes from Texas Medical Center, close to all the professional sports stadiums, The Museum district, and many of the Houston Universities/Colleges (University of Houston, Rice, Texas Southern University, St. Thomas, and Houston Baptist/Christian University). Studio - 2 miles to Med Center 1.5 miles to Rice.

The studio treehouse in the center of Montrose, the epicenter of walkable entertainment for Houston. You can enjoy strolling to countless restaurants, bars, museums. There is street parking. The garage apartment is very efficient, is perfect for 1 - 2 people. Two block walk to the bus line to get to medical center (2 miles) downtown(2.8 miles) or the galleria (4 miles).
