Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Centrally located within the Tasman Peninsula it's a short drive to everything on offer. ‘The Lady’ Primrose Sands

As featured in Home Beautiful The Lady is a colourful waterside haven inspired by the cosy hotels of the British seaside. Sink into the velvet antique sofa and let the view carry you away. The cedar tub is hot and ready for your arrival, with the Tasman Peninsula in the distance. Once a rustic fishing shack, The Lady has been reborn with comfort and character as the guiding ideals. Pattern and colour have brought her to life and made a once boring white box into an enchanting haven for two.

Slow Beam.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Waterfront 'Tupelo' with Sauna on Primrose Point

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

A shack shaped by love and salt air, where long days begin in soft linens and end by firelight. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Come drift for a while.

Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including some luxurious touches like European linen. TIPS. *30 minutes scenic drive from Hobart airport. Not recommend to drive at night (rural) especially if it's your first time. Stay overnight at Travelodge airport *if you plan to visit Bruny Island & Salamca Market (only Saturday), early morning flight recommended. Go straight there before heading Effa House as it's opposite direction. CCTV only installed outside to monitor externally

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
