Ponytail Farmhouse - perfect place to unwind

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

Dolphin Tracks overlooks adjoining reserve and is just 130 m to estuary with beautiful Valla Beach just beyond via bush tracks through nature reserve. Surfing fishing snorkelling and Whale/Dolphin watching (seasonal) a short walk away. Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment is perfect for 2 but can accommodate 3 with sofa bed in lounge. We are an Eco Retreat in the forest close to the beach, a wildlife loving surfer's perfect holiday accommodation. Access is via forest roads suitable for cars with higher clearance. The studio is run on a 12volt solar system. Upstairs is an open air (shadecloth rather than windows) loft with a deck. Downstairs is lounge, dining and indoor outdoor kitchen area. The middle level has an outdoor bath area, with compost toilet & gas fired shower. Shops & cafes 5ks. Pet friendly.

Enjoy short walks to beaches, shops, bowling club. Private access with on street parking at the front of property with access via side entrance. This very private space is central to the Scotts Head village and is very comfortable.
