No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Tartaruga House

Tartaruga house is located at Marinagri resort, distant 5 minutes from Policoro and 45 minutes from Matera. It's a beautiful and spacious flat with a view on the sunset up of sea lagune and Pollino mountains. There is a luxury, well equipped kitchen inside and an additional outdoor kitchen on terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.
