Boot Hall

This 1920 built home can serve as your location for a weekend getaway, reunion, group, gathering, or….. Within 30 minute access of OH Ivie lake, Eden, Ballinger, San Angelo, and only an hour away from Brady or Abilene. This three bedroom two bath house can easily sleep up to 10 people. The price listed is for two people or one bedroom. There is additional charge for any additional beds used. There is a covered carport for your auto or boat with exterior electrical outlet for charging boats.

Peach Tree Guest Haus-Cottage

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

The Farmhouse in Concho County

Price is per room of the Farmhouse building. Named the "Farmhouse" in honor of all the farm animals on The Chaparral Ranch. Each room is decorated with one or more of the critters in mind. The common area features a full kitchen, laundry area, living space with TV, and dining area. The heating and cooling for the entire unit is central and controlled from the common area. The roomy deck is perfect to enjoy the breeze or viewing livestock and wildlife.

Room 4 of the Cactus Inn

The Cactus Inn is the newest lodging option at The Chaparral Ranch. It features 4 separate bedrooms each with its private bathroom and a large common area. The common area has a kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TV, dining area, and coffee bar. Each room is accessible from a large front porch/deck which offers the prime location for enjoying Ranch life rest and relaxation.

Angler Hideaway at O.H. Ivie

Relax at this peaceful Lakehouse. O.H. Ivie is one of the best fishing lakes in Texas. Corn hole, BBQ pit. Covered boat parking with Electric plug-in. 1.5 mile to Elm Creek Marina and Boat Ramp. 11 miles to Concho Park Marina. 55" smart television that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts. Outdoor cameras monitoring of the outside of the property only.

The Chaparral Ranch Bunkhouse

This unique rustic lodging option is located right next to the ranch Cabin and is a nice addition to the ranch lodging. Step inside the door to find a room full of comfy bunk beds. 3 beds are full size and the other 5 are twin size. A unique barn door conceals the toilet. Mini fridge & coffee pot. The shower option is located outside and has a 5 gallon hot water tank.

Chaparral de Lago 2

Country house near OH Ivey Lake. Please know that the road to get to the house is a dirt county road. While it is fairly well maintained, it is dusty and not real smooth. Located on the west side of Lake Ivey in a gated community. Enjoy abundant wildlife and fresh country air. Things that slither, sting, and bite are always possibilities in rural Texas.

The Chaparral Ranch Cabin

Texas all the way. Livestock, wildlife, cowboys, and rural living fun and relaxation. Great place for couples, families, and small groups. We also have a rustic ranch/barn venue for parties, dances, meetings, fund raisers, etc. Hunting pkgs available.

Los Ruiz has a colorful history from a filling station, restaurant, bar, and now vacation rental.
