The Compass Loft - Studio Near TSU with EV Charger

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

This is one of 2 units in The Cottage, separated by a solid core, exterior security door.

Less than 5 minute drive to Promontory Park/Lake Proctor! Enjoy our 2 story home a quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms-one full size bed upstairs, one twin bed with trundle bed and a huge bean bag which fits 2 adults, also includes smart tv and sliding doors which lead to balcony. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen/dining area and living room with 70” smart tv. Golf cart, ping pong table. Boat ramps at park are now open. Covered parking for 2 cars.

Owners live in neighboring house on premises. No pets. Quiet guests, please, in order to respect neighbors.

The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre working farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! Pastures, woods, pond, cows, chickens, and wildlife! Gorgeous unobstructed sunsets and a sky full of stars! A country road for long walks! A comfy queen bed, plus a sofa sleeps 3. Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.
