Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

He tenido una estancia satisfactoria en el alojamiento de Tommasso. La casa está ubicada en los Apeninos toscanos, próxima al circuito de Mugello y al lago Bilancino. En una zona en la montaña. Muy bonita. Ha sido ideal para desconectar y práctico para visitar Florencia, ya que está ubicado a solo unos 3 km de San Piero a Sieve, localidad donde se puede tomar el tren que lleva a la estación central de Florencia (Santa María Novella), la cual, a su vez, deja en pleno centro de la ciudad y de todos los monumentos y lugares de interés a visitar. El alojamiento es completo, con cocina-comedor y salita en la planta baja y baño y habitaciones en planta superior. Estaba limpio a la llegada y el anfitrión Tommasso, muy amable, dio instrucciones de llegada y tuvo la atención de dejar algo para desayunar y un saco de pellet para la estufa de calefacción. Además, se interesó durante la estancia por si necesitaba algo. Todo de 10. Si quiere mejorar algo...poner un tostador

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

Non potevamo chiedere niente di meglio. Alloggio ristrutturato da poco, pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario. Patrizia e Laura sono state gentilissime e molto disponibili. Abbiamo trovato facilmente il parcheggio e si può girare Ferrara tutta a piedi.

Wir haben uns zu dritt im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr sauber, alles Notwendige war vorhanden, die ruhige Lage und der Parkplatz im Innenhof waren sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön und komplett eingerichtet und es gibt eine schöne große Terrasse mit Tisch und Grill sowie zwei Balkone. Der selbstständige Check-in zu später Stunde war auch problemlos und sehr nützlich. Wir konnten zu Fuß sehr bequem in die Innenstadt von Padova gelangen. Vorab haben wir von Silvana viele nützliche Infos per Mail erhalten, sie war bei Nachfragen außerdem immer schnell erreichbar. Beim Check-out haben wir ihren Sohn Marco kennengelernt. Beide sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb to date. Angela was friendly, helpful and responsive. Her place was clean and well-equiped and close enough to the popular areas but far enough into a residential area to be quiet.

Roberto was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—before our arrival, during check-in, and even while we were in Bologna, he kept us well informed and made everything easy. The studio apartment was just as shown in the photos—compact, but with everything you might need. Entering the building through the beautiful porticos and staying in a traditional Bolognese home was such a unique experience. Honestly, this place offered everything I hope for in an Airbnb: a central location, authentic atmosphere, a thoughtful and attentive host—and of course, the lovely touch of complimentary tea, coffee, peanuts, and chocolate!

We wish we could give this apartment and its host, Alessandro, more than five stars. Alessandro picked us up at the train station in his boat and took us to the apartment. What a start! It had been raining and flooding for several days and we had to enter through the window, which just added to the overall charm. The apartment has so many small unique touches that make it a comfortable and fun place to stay. The location is great, outside a small square that is alive with families in the early evening and walkable to many points of interest and great places to eat. We highly recommend this place - and its host - and if we find ourselves headed to Venice again, we hope it is available to book.

Stare da Elide è come stare a casa. Il BbB in effetti si compone di due stanze e un piccolo ingresso dove si trova la macchina del caffè e dove viene servita la colazione (che però deve consumarsi in camera perchè non c'è un tavolo o area colazione). La stanza è piccola (come scritto nella descrizione. Quella in cui ho alloggiato è ottima per una persona sola a mio avviso. Elide si prende cura degli ospiti e risponde a tutte le richieste ed esigenze. Per me è un valore aggiunto stare "davvero" a casa di qualcuno e non in grosse strutture o finte case adibite solo ad affitti turistici. Dipende da cosa si cerca!

Nicola is a great host. Very helpful and informative. Told us of some interesting things to do. Breakfast was excellent.

La communication avec Piero a été dès le début fort aisée. Son appartement à une poignée de minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore nous a permi de profiter pleinement du centre ville et de faire des pauses dans nos journées. Piero nous a fait plusieurs recommendations qui ont toutes améliorées notre séjour. N'hésitez pas à lui demander quelques conseils et adresses. Mention spéciale aux petits déjeuners en musique, servi dans son salon à la décoration pleine d'âme. Nous recommandons chaudement cette expérience de logement chez l'habitant, et pour être honnête, nous voyons mal comment elle aurait pu être meilleure !

Sehr schönes, entspanntes Ambiente. Ideal als Basis für Venedig-Besucher. Kurzer Weg (10 Minuten) zur Fähre (Terminal Fusina) und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen und künstlerisch gestalteten Zimmer fast direkt am Strand. Roberto ist ein super freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber gewesen. Das Angebotene Frühstück war super lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl, auch der Cappuccino war super! Wir können Robertos Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Notre séjour chez Alessandro a été parfait. L'accueil dès le matin est très pratique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Alessandro mais il est réactif par message. La chambre est spacieuse et propre et le lit confortable. Le jacuzzi est très sympa pour se détendre le soir. Petit déjeuner très bon. Plein de petites attentions et recommandations qui font la différence !

Nicks Palazzo ist einfach zauberhaft und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Neben dem stilvollen Salon, dem perfekt eingerichteten geräumigen Schlafzimmer und dem luxuriösen Bad gibt es sogar einen verwunschen kleinen Garten am Kanal. Besser kann man in Venedig kaum wohnen! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber doch weit genug entfernt vom größten Touristen-Rummel. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars oder kleine Läden in der Nähe und sehenswerte Kirchen wie die Frari. Nick ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, mit vielen Tipps für Venedig. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch möchten wir sehr gern wieder bei ihm wohnen.
