Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Great Skiing as close as 1 hr. away. Chatfield and Roxborough State Parks, Jeffco Open Space just minutes away for great hiking. Only blocks from the 470 bikeway. Red Rocks Amphitheater 21 mins, Downtown Denver 31 mins and Denver International Airport is 43 mins away. Restaurants and groceries are close. You’ll love the coziness and the location. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families or groups. The kitchen makes it affordable for you. Your gateway to adventure!

Springs: 60mins, Breckenridge: 90mins. The perfect getaway for watching movies, playing games/cards, cocktails outside & enjoying the hot tub under the stars. Hiking, fishing, and exploring all right out your door. Want to escape to the mtns: Less than a 1 hour drive to world class skiing and 14,000 ft summits.

Cottage 12 minutes to Red Rocks with amazing views

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Modern Carriage House Loft in Popular Platt Park

No smoking on property and No 420. Our modern carriage house is centered in a vibrant historic Denver neighborhood. The interior is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and huge windows. The house features a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. There are many award winning nearby restaurants and breweries (even a couple distilleries) all in walking distance. The light rail station is a convenient 10 minute walk, the bus station is around the corner. Uber is available in minutes.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

This detached studio guesthouse is located 7 miles south of Denver, less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Englewood and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. The studio is fully renovated and is perfect for one or two travelers. It comes with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a private entrance with a small patio. There is plenty of street parking available, with a Starbucks and several bars/restaurants just 1 block away.
