Michelle’s Cozy Cabin A/C &Heat &Walking trail

Cozy cabin nestled in the woods on my peaceful horse farm. It’s a 10x16 with 8x10 addition for toilet.Feed the horses from the fence-treats provided! Enjoy a ½-mile hiking trail around the pasture. No running water, but two 5-gallon jugs and wash basin are provided. Showers available at the main house. Water spigot behind log cabin. Incinerating toilet. Fast Wi-Fi, cell service, 32” TV w/Netflix, heat & A/C. Bringing a pet? Please add them when booking and help keep the cabin clean.

White Fern is a beautiful rental located in New Waterford, OH. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, you'll find it the perfect spot for your next getaway or work trip. On the main floor there is a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining space with ample seating, a full bathroom, and a laundry/office room. There's also a master suite on the main floor with a king sized bed and a private, attached bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each room.

This unique place has a style all its own. Once a quiet country brick schoolhouse c. 1882 it is now a modernized 2 story apartment space with further expansion in the works. It is conveniently located by the Turnpike near the state line right across a turnpike bridge from the newly developed Springfield Forest hiking trail and fishing hole. It currently has 1 Upstairs queen BR for 2 adults and a futon and loveseat to welcome a few kids. A full kitchen, WIFI, and a fenced area for dogs on site!
