Close to USC, The Vista, Downtown and walking distance to Williams Brice Stadium and the Congaree River. Full kitchen and living room with brand new furniture and full ADA compliant bath down, sleeping loft with new mattress and half bath with washer dryer up. 4 guest maximum. No parties are allowed.

Downtown Industrial Loft

A great one bedroom space in historic downtown Columbia, SC in the Land Bank Lofts building. It is within walking distance to all you may need in the area including fine and casual dining, coffee shops, museums and plenty of entertainment. The loft was remodeled with an industrial feel with high ceilings and exposed venting and ductwork but equipped with all conveniences. It has been decorated with an eclectic flair with local historic pieces and artifacts.
