Es ist sauber, hell, ruhig, verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der üppig bepflanzte Ost Balkon mit freiem Blick ist ideal fürs Frühstück oder laue Abende. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Markise und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden.
