Self-contained studio with its own patio

This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

Guest house

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.

A semi rural retreat just 30 min from the Brisbane CBD. Indooroopilly shopping centre, Mt Coot-tha Botanical Gardens and Lookout are only 20 min away. 10 min to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, bike and walking tracks. Coffee just mins away as is the local pub and steak-house. Totally tranquil environment exclusively yours for a night, weekend or however long you wish to stay. This facility is fully equipped, private and situated in 3 acres of lovely grounds.
