Our house is located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island in the North Forest Beach neighborhood. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach. Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The house features a delightful outdoor shower, 2 bicycles and a shed loaded with 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, a frisbee and a surf fishing pole and tackle. STR Permit# 073978

Beautiful Island Escape Villa ~Walk To Beach~ Pool

When it comes to a stay on Hilton Head Island, it will be hard to find a better location than this dreamy villa. Beach and the pool are all within a short walk of your front door. Short bike ride to Coligny Beach Plaza and Celebration Park! When home, downstairs open layout combines the kitchen, dining area and living room. Comfy Bedrooms with tv's and Baths upstairs. Nan's Slice of Paradise

It's called Nan's Slice of Paradise for a reason! Our home has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. It's a ten minute walk to an uncrowded beach, three minutes to bike paths that cover the island, and minutes from convenient shopping and great restaurants. Enjoy the screened porch or the deck complete with an outside shower. I also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and cooler. Please bring your own beach towels. I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.

The Caddyshack - Perfect Location!

Welcome to The Caddyshack! Centrally located in Shipyard, this fully renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa overlooks the tee box on the 3rd hole of the Brigatine golf course. Wonderful Island’s Retreat is found in the heart of Hilton Head Island. It is beautifully decorated with upscale decor. The decoration is personally chosen to fit the ambiance of a beach house. The beach is approximately 5 minutes away in car distance, 10 minutes in bike distance, and 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. In addition to that, you have nearby bike trails, shopping centers, and restaurants. This location is exceptional for anyone looking to visit HHI!
