Situado a 70 m. del Camino de Ronda (GR-92), con acceso a distintas calas. A 100 m. Platja del Port. Parking gratuito dentro del recinto. WIFI Zona tranquila. En la zona existen lugares de ocio y diversos comercios. Actividades náuticas, hípica y senderismo. Destacar también que nos llega el tren y disponemos de Centro de Salud. OUTLET LA JONQUERA a 38 Km Aeropuertos: GIRONA a 70 Km., BARCELONA a 160 Km., PERPIGNAN 55 Km. Os animo a visitar Llançà todo el año. cama 1,50 m. sofá-cama 1,30 m.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Està situat al mig del poble, a l' alçada de la plaça- a uns 2 minuts a peu-on hi ha un supermercat, quiosc i alguns bars, en una zona sense sorolls a la nit. L' apartament té molta llum i disposa d' un ampli pati/terrassa on es pot menjar a l' aire lliure, relaxar-se i els nens poden jugar. Hi ha un llit de matrimoni, una llitera i un sofà llit molt còmode al menjador. Té totes les comoditats d' una casa pròpia: rentadora, planxa, rentaplats, secador, aspiradora, aire acondicionat i calefacció

Appartement de charme face à la mer

L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble du début du 20ème siècle, au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur). Il fait face à la mer et à la plage du village. L'ambiance est magique depuis le salon, qui dispose de 2 portes-fenêtres donnant sur la mer Méditerranée et par lesquelles on entend, le soir lorsque le village est calme, le bruit des vagues. Cerbère est un village un peu hors du temps et aux airs de bout du monde, épargné par le tourisme de masse, sur une côte restée sauvage et peu construite.

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar.
