Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. New flooring, electrical, furnishings, appliances, etc. White Potato Lake is just 45 minutes northwest of Green Bay. Lake is a 1000 acre full recreation lake w/a private dock. Great for waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, fishing, swimming or a casual cruise. The water front area is all SAND and SHALLOW for kids to enjoy for hours. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.
