Keep an eye out for those pesky gnomes. Relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch or grilling out on the back. Tellico is home to world-class trout fishing, an abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls, as well as 3 rivers close offering whitewater rafting, kayaking, and tubing.

Our little slice of heaven is located on Coker Creek in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest. This beautiful place is perfect for everyone that is wanting to unwind and take in nature and it's tranquility. Our roads are amazing for riding your motorcycle or car trips to our many attractions. We are in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest, with lots of area hiking trails. Or pan for gold in Coker Creek. We now have a New Restaurant on our property!! "The Blue Line Grill" serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
