Cozy Cabin

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. dry cabin. No running water or bathroom in cabin but a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared fire pit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Please register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The "Nest" on the second floor houses a queen bed and 3 singles. All Nova Form Mattresses. The kitchen space saver stairs lead to a lower loft with a twin bed and an upper loft with a queen bed. Kuerig K-cups, Drip Coffee. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Bathroom has a unique shower, stocked with shampoo and body wash. Plush towels provided. Community laundry at the front of the unit. There is an upright freezer to accommodate!

Close to both Kenai and Soldotna this cozy one bedroom 500 sq ft cottage is located less than a 1/2 mile from the Kenai River. Unwind from a long day fishing or hiking on the deck, grill on the bbq, or hang by the fire pit. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
